💧 Moisture Protection
Specialized equipment for moisture-sensitive packaging — FFS systems, PE liners, lamination machines, and multi-layer constructions
Cement is highly hygroscopic; exposure to humidity destroys the product before it reaches the end-user. Moisture protection machinery—such as PE film inserters, BOPP laminators, and ultrasonic sealers—adds critical barrier layers to standard bags to guarantee shelf life.
💡 Buyer's Tip
Lamination is cheaper for high-volume runs, but inserting a free-floating PE liner offers superior puncture resistance. Choose your machinery based on how roughly the bags will be handled downstream.
